Clinic Locations Parental Consent: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to be vaccinated. A non-custodial adult may accompany the child if written permission from the parent or guardian is presented at the time of service. Public Health Center Clinics Immunizations are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the following district public health centers.
Certain vaccines may not be available at all public health centers. Please call (702) 759-0850 for information on cost and availability. Back-to-School Clinics All Nevada school children must be immunized. The health district will offer extended hours, Saturday clinics and special Saturday shot clinics at the Mall. Saturday Clinics
Administrative fees for shots range from $16-$25. Some shots may have other fees. Please bring your child’s shot records and Medicaid or Nevada CheckUp card, if applicable. Parental Consent: All children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian with them. A non-custodial adult may come with the child if written permission from the parent or guardian is presented at the time of service. Satellite Clinics Satellite clinics are open throughout Clark County to administer vaccines needed for school to those age two months to 19 years. Dates and locations of satellite clinics vary and are updated every Tuesday. The fee is $16 for one shot and $25 for two or more shots. Please bring your immunization record to the clinic.
